have never released the 350Z and in its place had taken the Z32 and modernized it, without bastardizing it. There are very few times that I take my Z out that I don't get TONS of compliments on it or offers to buy it. When most people ask what year it is and I tell them its a 91 they almost don't believe me and some of them don't even know that its a 300ZX. I think that people LOVE the Z32 design and the reason that it got discontinued had more to do with market conditions rather than cosmetic flaws. And I agree with Guapos post that when the Z32 first came out it was a trend setter and thats what was so special about it... with the new designs it just seems like they are playing it safe and copying the rest of the market. If I ever become a billionaire I am going to start a company that releases what nissan should have done with the Z33.
